Payment options
We offer you the following ways to purchase your product:
Visa and MasterCard - you can trust that our site is fully secure using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) 1024 Bit secure technology.
Bank transfer - via internet or in-branch. Account details will be advised via email following check out.
Cheque - we accept personal or bank cheques and money orders. Please post payments to: PO Box 28, Seddon West, VIC 3011. Please allow 3-5 working days for clearance of payment. Your product will be dispatched on clearance of funds, we will confirm this with you via email.
Delivery
Your product will arrive within 3-10 working days of ordering, depending on your location. If there is going to be any further delay, we will contact you as soon as possible. Unfortunately pick up is not available.
Warranty
The Marco Sky L and Longhorn are covered by a 12 month warranty. If you have purchased your item in a store, please ensure you fill out the online registration form. This helps us to know our customers, and in the unlikely event of a safety notification, we will be able contact you.
General terms of the warranty are:
- The warranty, provided by babydaze, covers Marco Sky L and Longhorn strollers that are purchased in Australia
- The warranty covers defective workmanship and faulty materials for 12 months from the date of purchase
- A copy of the store receipt will be required
- Only the original purchaser can claim the warranty
- The warranty will not cover misuse, accident, neglect or general wear and tear
- A fee will be charged for any repairs outside these conditions

How do arrange a repair
- Download Karlisle's repair form and be sure to read the conditions in full - www.karlisles.com.au/baby_repairs_spares/repair_procedure
- Fill in the repair form completely.
- Remove any unnecesary items, such as sheepskins, toys, etc.
- Due to OH&S, items that are soiled will not be touched or dealt with. Please ensure the item is clean from all stains.
- You are welcome to bring the item directly to Karlisle's workshop in Sydney. If you are located outside of Sydney, please contact Karlisle's for further details.
- Attach the repair form with your repair. A copy of the store receipt must also be included for a warranty claim.
- Make sure to include your contact & return details.
- If you are sending the item by courier or post, you will need to box or package the item securely to safeguard from transport damage. You must be satisfied with the way you have packed the item as Karlisle's (nor any of our associates) take no responsibility for transport loss or damage. Clearly label the package with Karlisle's address.
If you are the original owner and the store receipt shows that your item is less than 12 months old and the fault is a claimable warranty fault, then there will be no freight charge. Although, if the problem is found to be a non-warrantable fault then you are liable for the repair and freight charges.
If you have a small item to send, i.e. hood, basket, please send these in by mail. Make sure to include the repair form and copy of proof of purchase (store receipt only if item is less than 12 months old).
For non-warranty repairs, payment is due when we notify you that your repair has been completed.

Your personal data is confidential and secure. The Information you provide to babydaze is purely for the purpose of processing and shipping an order.
